Our captains are licensed professionals and all vessels are maintained to meet U.S. Coast Guard standards.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations can be made directly through our Site, by phone, or via authorized third-party booking partners.

  • A deposit (typically 20–50%) is required to secure your charter. Remaining balances are due before departure unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated at checkout.

  • By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our third-party processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount due.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your trip → Full refund of deposit.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive on time or cancellation within 24 hours → No refund.

  • Company Cancellations / Weather Delays:

    • If unsafe conditions (lightning, high winds, mechanical issues, or captain discretion) prevent departure, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

    • We fish in light rain unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions.

4. Safety & Conduct

  • All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions at all times.

  • Life jackets and safety equipment are provided; minors (under 13) must wear a life jacket while the vessel is underway.

  • The captain reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund for unsafe, intoxicated, or disorderly behavior.

  • Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Illegal drugs or weapons are strictly prohibited.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in fishing and boating activities involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, seasickness, and potential injury.
By booking or boarding our vessel, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Ticket Box Fishing Company, its owners, captains, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in our Services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Weather & Trip Adjustments

Our captains continuously monitor weather conditions to ensure safety. Trips may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled based on weather, tides, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds or credits will be issued only when the captain deems conditions unsafe for departure.
